Nick Der Ort and Merkur are both classics in my book. Such an immaculately keen ear for melody and juicy black metal riffs! Favorite track: Unter Bäumen.

classymusicsnob I first discovered this album near the beginning of 2010. It was the first time I ever heard someone mix a little bit of Jazz and Jazz Fusion elements into Black Metal. Everything clicks together beautifully. After all this time i still get lost in this absolutely mesmerizing gem! Favorite track: Unter Bäumen.
